Lost in London places a platform www.lostinlondon.com at the disposition of its Users, through which a natural or legal person (hereafter “the User”) can reserve tourist activities, Tours and tickets for attractions, events & Football.

Users are those people who are interested in contracting these services (hereafter the “User” or “Users”). Lost in London places the Website at the disposition of its Users, through which the User may reserve tourist activities, tours and tickets for attractions, events & football, tickets, and other such services and products as Lost in London sees fit.

1.- GENERAL CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE USE AND ACCESS If the user accesses, views, or uses the materials, content, or services via the Website, this implies that the User understands and accepts these General Conditions of Use, which define the rights and obligations of Lost in London and the User.
To access the Website, User registration is not required. However, to be able to contract any of the services offered by Lost in London it is required that the User registers and accepts these conditions before making the corresponding payment.
2.- PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE Lost in London has developed this Website to offer the User a service for the bookings of activities, tickets and tours in London and the UK.
The activities, tickets and tours sold by Lost in London are services provided by third parties, who collaborate with Lost in London (hereafter the Provider/s). Therefore LOST IN LONDON IS LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO THE BOOKINGS OF ACTIVITIES, TOURS AND TICKETS THROUGHOUT LONDON AND THE UK, WHICH ARE THEMSELVES UNDERTAKEN DIRECTLY BY THE PROVIDERS.
The User, when finalising the booking, establishes a contractual relationship with the provider with whom they have reserved the activity or tour. LOST IN LONDON will act as an intermediary between the User and Provider, limited to limited to the taking of booking details provided by the User, the transmission of this information to the Provider, and sending the User a confirmation of the reservation to be used with the Provider.
The information displayed by LOST IN LONDON through the Website is, in any case based on the information provided by the Providers.
3.- BOOKING WITH LOST IN LONDON AND REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE To be able to make booking via the Website, the User will have to provide personal details (name, surname, e-mail, telephone) of the customer(s) who the booking is being made for, and the person making the booking if different from the customer details. LOST IN LONDON will make reservations as solicited by the user.
Users can also create a User Account by filling out the registration form on the Website. Through this account, the User will create a profile, which will provide access to a private area of the Website, through which they can manage all the reservations made through said Website. By accepting these General Conditions of Use, Users state that they will provide correct, exact, current and complete data about their identity, or the person in whose name the activity is being reserved. In this way, the Users will be responsible for the accuracy of the data given to LOST IN LONDON and of any consequences, which could arise from errors in this information.
Users will bear full responsibility for the use of their account. Therefore they will also be responsible for the care and confidentiality of their Username and/or passwords, which permit access to their account, and state that they will not provide use to third parties, whether temporary or permanent, to said third parties.
Users must immediately notify LOST IN LONDON by email to bookings@lostinlondon.com of any unusual activity regarding their User name and/or password, arising from circumstances such as theft, loss, or unauthorised use, so LOST IN LONDON can proceed to cancel or block as soon as the undue use of your User Account is known. If you fail to communicate the above, LOST IN LONDON will be exempt from any responsibility for the consequences of undue use of the Username or password by unauthorised third parties.
4.- SPECIFIC CONDITIONS REGARDING THE BOOKINGS OF ACTIVITIES, TOURS AND TICKETS. The bookings made by each User via the Website are subject to the specific conditions which apply to each activity, tour and ticket. The User can find these conditions in the description of the activity on the Website, and a reminder in the confirmation email sent by LOST IN LONDON after the booking is made.
4.1- General Conditions Applicable to all Services In general, the reservation of activities, excursions and guided tours that LOST IN LONDON promotes through its Website are subject to the following conditions:
The dates and schedules of the activities, excursions, tours and tickets cannot be modified. The only exception would be for group or private bookings which Lost in London will contact the Provider to request changes as required, however changes are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the Provider. We ask group and private bookings to contact us at groups@lostinlondon.com as soon as possible to request any changes.
The minimum notice period to book an activity varies depending on the activity, tour or ticket that the User would like to reserve. This can be seen in the details of the activity on the Website. LOST IN LONDON informs you that it is impossible to reserve an activity with less notice than that which has been indicated in the corresponding activity description.

4.2. – Specific conditions relating to the information of the activity, tours and tickets reserved. The meeting point, date, time, approximate duration and all necessary information for the activity, tour or tickets that have been reserved can be found in the description of each service, both on the Website and in the confirmation email that LOST IN LONDON sends to the User once the reservation is made.
In the confirmation email as well as giving you all the information regarding the reserved service, LOST IN LONDON may provide the User with a reservation voucher for the activity, tour or ticket. Alternatively LOST IN LONDON will inform the User about the arrival of a secondary email from the provider with the justification being that the User should present this to the provider before the activity begins, or once it’s finished, depending on the specific conditions detailed by the provider.
Users must be punctual and be at the meeting point at the time and on the day indicated on their voucher, as all activities, tours and tickets have a specific time, and it is impossible to modify the start time.
Duration of the activities, and tours published on the Website could be subject to variations depending on the service and for external factors to the provider and/or LOST IN LONDON such as inclement, weather, traffic, demonstrations, etc.
If, once the User is in the destination and has questions relating to the service reserved, Users can contact the provider on the telephone that appears in the voucher that LOST IN LONDON sends when confirming the reservations.
LOST IN LONDON informs you that the provider may request that you show your voucher before the activity begins. LOST IN LONDON does not accept any responsibility should the User not do so.
5.- CANCELLATION POLICY Notwithstanding the User’s rights with regard to cancellations each of the services advertised by LOST IN LONDON on the Website (activities, tours and tickets) has a specific cancellation policy, which the User can consult in the description of the activity (on the Website), as well as in the confirmation email sent by LOST IN LONDON once the booking has been made.
Hence, the specific cancellation conditions will be applicable to each service, which establish the cancellation time and possible cancelations charge.
LOST IN LONDON will manage cancellations and will confirm the cancellation policies of each activity, tours and tickets.
If the PROVIDER does not have availability on the reserved date, LOST IN LONDON will offer the customer an alternate date or schedule, which must be accepted or declined by the customer. If no reply about the alternative option is received within 72 hours, the booking will be cancelled and refunded immediately. In either case, LOST IN LONDON will send the relevant documentation.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE, AND BY ACCEPTING THESE GENERAL TERMS OF USE, THE USERS DECLARE TO HAVE EXPRESSLY READ AND ACCEPTED THE PRESENT CANCELLATION POLICY AND HEREBY AGREE TO THE CANCELLATION POLICIES OF EACH ACTIVITY, TOUR AND TICKET THAT ARE RESERVED ON THE PRESENT WEBSITE.
6.- CONDUCT ON THE WEBSITE Users will not make illicit and dishonest use of the information and content accessed via the Websit, respecting legality and the present General Conditions. In particular, but not limited to, Users should not:
i. Register or communicate details which are not correct, exact, complete and/or current, nor access the Website using the name, details or password of another User, or supplant any other person or identity.
ii. The User may not access or use the Website or the systems or services in any way that LOST IN LONDON might judge to be illegal, fraudulent or related to any criminal activity.
iii. Introduce or transmit electronic viruses which could make unauthorised alterations in the contents, programs or systems of the Website
iv. Use identities or supplant the identity of third parties in the use of the Website or in the use of any of the services of the Website, as well as the use of a password or access details of another User.
v. Violate or infringe the intellectual property rights of LOST IN LONDON or of third parties.
vi. Use the Website or any contents to send publicity or communications for commercial purposes, or for collection of data or personal details of third parties without prior authorisation.
LOST IN LONDON reserves the right to cancel the account of any User of the Website who makes fraudulent or inappropriate use of the same, or for failure to comply with any of the present General Conditions of Use.
7.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, images, videos, trademarks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, combinations of colours, as well as the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of contents, and any other intellectual and industrial property rights incorporated in this Website and in the Website’s content, are the property of LOST IN LONDON, or of third parties, and are protected by national and international legislation.

8.- LIABILITY The responsibility of LOST IN LONDON is limited to the undertaking of the booking, which implies that LOST IN LONDON is responsible for transmitting the booking details to the Provider of the services reserved by the User, and for providing the User with the confirmation of the reservation of the contracted service.
LOST IN LONDON has no responsibility for the fulfilment or lack of fulfilment of the contractual obligations acquired by the Users with the Provider due to the services that the Users reserve through the Website, given that the Providers are independent contractors, and that LOST IN LONDON only acts as an intermediary between the User and the Provider.
Under no circumstance will LOST IN LONDON be responsible for loss of profits, earnings or for any other indirect damages that may be suffered by the User.
LOST IN LONDON is not responsible for possible variations in the schedule or in the duration of the activities or tours.
9.- LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES LOST IN LONDON may place links to other websites managed by third parties on the Website. In these cases, LOST IN LONDON is not responsible for the content, the truthfulness and/or authenticity of the information supplied on said websites, nor of the services offered by these third parties, as they are outside the control of LOST IN LONDON.
10.- MODIFICATIONS TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS LOST IN LONDON reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time, in accordance with the needs of the company and in line with current legislation.

11.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION The present General Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
For the resolution of any controversy that may arise regarding the validity, execution, fulfilment or interpretation of these General Conditions, LOST IN LONDON and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of London, unless the legislation applicable according to the case prevents the parties from submitting to a specific jurisdiction.
